My name is Muriel and I'm so happy to see you here at Moodlogical.
I started this blog because a few years ago I started my journey to becoming a happier, healthier person. I left my high-paying retail management position to find a better work/life balance and even though it was scary, it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m realizing now that I was looking outside of myself for answers when I needed to explore myself more deeply.
Although I’m not a certified expert, my blog will provide you with a few tips, tricks, and mindset shifts I’ve picked up that have helped me along the way to finding lasting health and happiness.
It's the special space dedicated to health (mental/physical/spiritual) for people who realize that to be a happy and healthy person, you sometimes have to take matters into your own hands.
Whether you’re looking to find ways to lose weight, gain a different perspective, or find routines to maintain happiness, this blog is going to give you the motivation and inspiration to kick some butt! I am going to walk you through and help you step-by-step along the way even if you have no experience.
When I'm not writing on my blog here, I love to cook/bake (and eat), listen to music, dance, and enjoy the outdoors (hiking, camping, and beach).
